What is the advantage of buying through TPT Deals online? Buying through TPT Deals guarantees that you will get your chosen product. While the same product is often offered in our stores – there is always a limited in store supply. You can make sure you will get your product by buying on TPT Deals.
Better Price than the store? Our stores will always match the TPT Deals price – if they have the product in store.
Can I use my coupon? At this time coupons are only redeemable in our stores.
What is your return policy? We welcome any TPT Deal return to any of our stores. Our in-store return policy applies to any TPT Deals. Just make sure you bring in your receipt and come in within 14 days after you receive your order.
If you are not within a close proximity to one of our stores, you can ship the item back to us for a refund. Note: You will be responsible for freight charges unless it was our mistake.
Remember, Tai Pan Trading does not accept the return of any seasonal product (Valentines, St. Patrick’s, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Fall and Christmas) on line or in our stores. Freight charges will not be refunded.
Can I see the item in the store before I order? Sure – we would like you to come into our stores and view the product offered on TPT Deals. But remember not all products offered on TPT Deals are offered in our stores.
Can I get the products in TPT Deals at the store too? Some of the TPT Deals product is offered in store and some only online. The best way to make sure you get the item that you want is to order through TPT Deals.
When can I expect TPT Deals product to be available in-store? While we always try to offer in store what is offered on TPT Deals it depends on how many are sold on TPT Deals. TPT Deals will insure all TPT Deals purchases get fulfilled and sent first. Some TPT Deals product will stay online until all is sold.
